Role Overview:

2HotMedia, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive our sales initiatives and expand our business relationships. This role involves engaging with a diverse clientele, including B2B interactions with potential sponsors and advertising clients, B2C sales focusing on volume ticket purchases, and B2A relationships with artists. The ideal candidate will excel in varied sales environments, demonstrating flexibility and a strategic approach to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients to secure sponsorships and advertising commitments.
  • Engage with individual consumers to boost ticket sales, leveraging promotions and marketing strategies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with artists, offering our platform services to enhance their exposure and performance opportunities.
  • Craft customized sales pitches and presentations tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client segment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and events teams to ensure alignment on promotional activities and sales strategies.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to foster relationships and grow our client base.
  • Handle contract negotiations, ensuring clear communication and mutual satisfaction across all parties involved.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record in a sales role, with significant experience managing both high-touch, strategic B2B relationships and high-volume B2C sales.
    • Experience in the entertainment industry or related fields, particularly with a focus on event promotion and artist management, is highly advantageous.

    Skills:

    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and maintain profitable relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging persuasively with a variety of audiences.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and sales projects simultaneously.
    • Driven and results-oriented, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and business objectives.

        Education:

        • High school diploma or equivalent
        • Additional certifications in Business, Marketing, or Sales are a plus.
