2HotMedia, Inc. & NTV Management, hereafter referred to as "2HotRadio," is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all attendees, performers, and staff members during our events. The following legal statement and disclaimer outlines our stance on safety, security, and liability.

  1. Non-discrimination Policy: 2HotRadio does not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic, including criminal history. We believe in providing equal opportunities for all performers to showcase their talent, regardless of their background.

  2. Security Measures: 2HotRadio implements strict security measures during our events, including the appropriate venue selection, and when necessary, presence of professional security personnel, and/or law enforcement officers. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all event attendees, including performers and spectators.

  3. Performer Background Checks: While we do not require background checks for our performers, we take the safety and security of our event attendees seriously. We encourage all performers to adhere to our Code of Conduct (See below), which promotes a positive and safe environment for all event participants.

  4. Assumption of Risk: By attending a 2HotRadio event, attendees acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with attending a public event, including but not limited to risks associated with the actions of other attendees, performers, or staff members. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being while attending our events.

  5. Limitation of Liability: 2HotRadio, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and staff members shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by any attendee, performer, or participant during our events, whether caused by the negligence of 2HotRadio or otherwise. Attendees, performers, and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2HotRadio and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and staff members from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their actions or conduct during our events.

  6. Governing Law: This legal statement and disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is being held.

By purchasing a ticket to a 2HotRadio event, attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this legal statement and disclaimer. We appreciate your support and look forward to providing an exciting and safe environment for all to enjoy.

2HotRadio Event Code of Conduct

2HotRadio is dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all attendees, performers, and staff members during our events. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone involved, we require all participants to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

  1. Respect: Treat all attendees, performers, staff members, and venue personnel with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, harassment, or aggressive behavior of any kind, including verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, will not be tolerated. Any such behavior may result in immediate removal from the event and potential banning from future 2HotRadio events.

  2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: All participants must comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as the rules and regulations set forth by the event venue. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from the use or possession of illegal substances, weapons, or other items that may pose a threat to others.

  3. Personal Responsibility: Attendees and performers are responsible for their own safety and well-being, as well as the safety and well-being of others around them. Participants are expected to act responsibly and avoid engaging in any activity that may jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of others.

  4. Appropriate Attire: All attendees and performers are expected to dress in a manner that is suitable for a public event. Clothing or accessories featuring explicit content, hate speech, or offensive imagery are not permitted.

  5. Alcohol Consumption: If alcohol is available at the event, attendees and performers are expected to consume it responsibly and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the event is being held. Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or providing alcohol to minors will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

  6. Noise and Disturbance: Attendees and performers are expected to respect the event venue and its surroundings. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that may disturb other attendees or the venue's neighbors is not permitted.

  7. Photography and Recording: Attendees and performers must respect the privacy of others and obtain consent before taking photographs or recording audio or video of other participants. Unauthorized commercial use of photographs, audio, or video taken during the event is prohibited.

Violation of any part of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event, at the sole discretion of 2HotRadio or the event staff, without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone involved.
