Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Digital Brand Manager to enhance and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is crucial for ensuring our visibility online, including social media, news/blog sites, and Wikipedia. The successful candidate will also handle reputation management by engaging with audience feedback, addressing complaints, and managing reviews to maintain and uplift our brand’s image.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost visibility and enhance engagement across various digital channels, including social media, company websites, and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor and enhance our brand's presence on digital directories and Wikipedia.
  • Respond to comments, reviews, and customer queries promptly, ensuring a positive brand image is maintained.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to create a cohesive digital branding strategy.
  • Analyze performance metrics and tweak strategies as needed to increase effectiveness.
  • Manage crises and negative feedback by coordinating rapid and effective responses.
  • Stay updated on new digital marketing trends and social media best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovations.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in digital marketing or brand management, preferably in an environment that required reputation management.
    • Strong background in content management systems, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM.
    • Previous responsibility for handling customer interactions online with a track record of improving brand image.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of crafting clear and engaging responses.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and ROI.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to foresee potential challenges and proactive in handling them.

        Education:

        • High school diploma or equivalent
        • Additional certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
