Role Overview:

Our team requires a dependable Customer Service Representative to manage phone-based communications. Your role will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and address customer service inquiries promptly.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or promotional campaigns.
  • Document interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Provide information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs and support business objectives.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
    • Experience with CRM and call center software.

    Skills:

    • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
    • Excellent listening skills and empathy to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
    • Patience and adaptability to handle various customer temperaments.

        Education:

        • High school diploma or equivalent
        • Additional training or experience in customer service or call center operations.
