2HotTickets Cashback Rewards Members receive a 2% Reward on purchases on 2hottickets.com and 2hottravel.com Rewards are unlimited. Only purchases made by the Primary and active member on the account will apply toward the Reward. The Reward is not guaranteed to be equal to or greater than the fee paid. Limit one membership per person. 2HotMedia, Inc. reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel a membership at any time. Purchases made prior to membership do not qualify for the 2% Reward. If, at any time, the membership is cancelled, their purchases will not apply toward the Reward.
The 2% Reward is issued within 30 days prior member’s Renewal Date. In the Renewal Statement, it will reflect the Reward earned up until 60 days before the Renewal Date which is the Issue Date. Any rewards accrued after the Issue Date, will be issued in the following year. A member must be a current, paid member at the end of the membership year to be entitled to the Reward. The membership is non-refundable. If purchases on 2hottickets.com and 2hottravel.com have been refunded, the value of the 2% reward will decrease accordingly. Reward is approximately 2% of pre-tax purchases (less refunds).
Redeeming Rewards
The customer is responsible for redeeming all rewards by sending a copy of the receipt to support@2hotradio.com within 120 days after purchase. All receipts for Hotel Purchaes must be the final Hotel Folio received after checkout. Receipts must be received and processed within the current Issue Period to be included as a reward for that year. Receipts received outside of the current Issue Period will reflect on the following year's reward. Processing is 3-5 business days after receipt of email. The reward will be sent digitally through electronic transfer. Customers will be contacted prior to issue date to confirm bank account information. Rewards totaling less than $1 will not be sent. The Reward is non-transferrable and non-redeemable and expires if not claimed within 120 days of issue. Reward certificates will not be resent if lost, stolen, or customer provides incorrect banking information. Regulatory restrictions on Rewards subject to change at any time.
2HotMedia, Inc. reserves the right in its discretion and without prior notice to discontinue or change the 2% Reward program at any time, or to disqualify or cancel members' participation.
