Ricky LEE Gordon JR. A.K.A. KINGSTIXX is a sought after MC, born to rock royalty, who's worked with such diverse artists as Dave Soul, TeeFlii ,The Rejectz and more. He has the heart of a King and the blood of a slave, KINGSTIXX spent the first six years of his life growing up singing in the choir. Having played football and the drums from an early age, it wasn't until moving to Hawthorne that he realized that his life would change. At age sixteen, already a fan of such popular hip hop artists as Run DMC and The Beastie Boys, KINGSTIXX began listening to the various hip-hop and r&b soul. Inspired, KINGSTIXX began writing poetry to express how he felt. The young poet then didn't realize that he had a gift . A year later, soul singer Dave Soul inspired him to want to do something with this talent. This and other insights on music boosted KINGSTIXX confidence and helped promote his more seriousminded music career. Fusing soul and hip hop with his knowledge of life, love, and relationships, KINGSTIXX eventually embarked on his first solo project.
